Digital Processing & Delivery Policy

At Smart Seller Hub, we take a moment to ensure every digital order is properly prepared before it reaches your inbox. Once your payment is confirmed, our system begins a short processing phase which typically takes about 30 minutes. During this time, we verify the transaction and generate your personalized access links.

You will receive an automated email as soon as the file is ready. If you don't see it after 45 minutes, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders, as sometimes filters can be a bit overactive. We recommend downloading and backing up your files to a secure drive immediately after access is granted. If you run into any technical issues during the download, just send us a message and we will manually verify your order to get you sorted.
