Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Since our products are digital and delivered electronically, they are generally considered "used" once the link is sent, making them ineligible for traditional returns. However, your satisfaction is what actually matters to us.
If you find that a file is technically defective or the content is significantly different from what was described on the product page, please reach out within 14 days of purchase. We handle these requests on a human, case-by-case basis. If we can't fix the technical issue or provide a suitable workaround, we may offer a store credit or a refund. Please note that "accidental" purchases or changing your mind after the 30-minute processing window has passed typically won't qualify for a refund.
